Keira and Santa

Roger surpised me last night with a picture of Keira and Santa. He took her to the mall to visit Santa while I was away visiting friends...what a brave dad. He said Keira studied Santa for a minute and then was pretty noncholant about the rest of it.

Keira's 1st Time in the Snow

Roger took Keira out to play in the snow for the first time. Apparently she didn't love it. Maybe we should try getting her a snow suit that isn't two sizes too big.

1st Birthday

Keira loved her birthday cake. She started eating it by sticking her thumb in the hole left by the candle and licking it clean. She'd say, "yummmm," then stick her thumb in and do it all over again. Things didn't get messy until we introduced the spoon. She was pretty disgusted at what she saw when she looked at herself in the mirror afterwards.
